Happy Hill Guest House

We offer nine first class bedrooms all en-suite. Two of the rooms are family rooms and two have private porches overlooking the meadows.
All rooms have electric blankets, heaters and heated towel rails for those chilling winter evenings. All rooms have facilities to make tea and coffee.

The AFRICA Suite

Sense Africa as you step into this room decorated for that purpose. A queen-size bed with top of the range mattress, surrounded by creams and ethnic décor. Full bath and shower with toilet en-suite. Electric blanket, towel warmer and heater for those crisp nights. Private terrace overlooking paddock with grazing horses.

The ROSE Suite

A spacious light room, queen-size extra length bed with top of the range mattress and decorated in soft pink and cream roses. Full bath with shower unit and toilet en-suite. Electric blanket, towel warmer and heater for those crisp nights. Private terrace overlooking paddock with grazing horses.

The RED Suite

An airy spacious twin bedded family room with an adjoining room which has a single bed, separated from the main room by an archway bathroom and toilet en-suite. Room is equipped with a heater and towel warmers, also electric blankets. View of leafy oaks alongside the pool area on one side and cattle lazing in the field on the other.

The YELLOW Suite

For young at heart couples of every age. A large room, yet generating a cosy compactness, with a queen sized double bed, couch and easy chairs for reading and chatting. En-suite bathroom with towel warmers, a heater in the room and electric blankets. Entrance from superbly lawned and gardened quadrangle.

The PINK Suite

Family Room, ideal for parents or even friends who don't mind sharing, but still want privacy. Main room with queen sized double bed, electric blankets, plus heater and adjoining room separated by door, with a single bed. Can accommodate additional single bed for a larger group. Shower/bathroom and toilet en-suite complete with towel warmers

The BLUE Suite

A compact yet cosy twin bedded room, for the quick "overnighters". Shower & Toilet on suite. Heated blankets and heater in room. Delightful view of huge Pin oak and distant green meadows and trees.

The GREEN Suite

A small but spacious twin bedded room with shower/bathroom en-suite, easy chairs looking out over scenic meadow. Ideal for couples looking for a level of seclusion whilst being part of main group of suites.

The HYDRANGEA Suite

Twin bedded room with top of the range mattresses and shower toilet en-suite. A crisp room overlooking a beautiful section of garden next to the pool and decorated in white and deep blues. Electric blanket, towel warmer and heater for those crisp nights.

The MAGNOLIA Suite

Twin bedded room with top of the range mattresses and shower toilet en-suite. A crisp room overlooking a beautiful section of garden next to the pool and decorated in soft cream and pink. Electric blanket, towel warmer and heater for those crisp nights.
