Willow Bend is situated on the Midlands Meander route, in Rosetta on the R103, Natal Midlands. The 2 self-catering cottages are fully equipped, and braai facilities are available. It is situated 9km from Nottingham Road & 8km from Mooi River. The cottages are set in a tranquil 5-acre garden and have views of the Mooi River, farmlands & the Drakensberg mountains. Bird life is abundant, with a resident crested eagle presiding. Fish eagle are frequently heard and seen, as are Egyptian geese. The river produces bass, yellow fish

Directions

FROM GAUTENG: Take Mooi River (S) off ramp, keeping to the far left-hand lane. Turn right and cross over the highway. At the 3-way stop, turn left. Continue along the R103 for 8km. "Willow Bend" sign is on the right hand side in the dip. Turn right and immediately right again, down a dirt driveway. Willow Bend is at the end of the driveway. FROM DURBAN: Take the Nottingham Road turnoff. At the stop street, turn right. Travel until you pass "The Junction on your left-hand side. Just beyond that turn right towards Nottingham Road and Rosetta. You will go under a railway bridge, Follow the R103, travelling north, pass through the village of Rosetta (the Ugly Duckling on the right is a landmark. Two 2km after Rosetta, "Willow Bend" sign is on the left hand side in the dip. Turn left and immediately right again, down a dirt driveway. Willow Bend is at the end of the driveway.
