Description

Cosy, comfortable fully equipped self-catering farm cottage. Large open plan lounge/diningroom with underfloor heating and fireplace.  Two en-suite bedrooms, both with heated bathrooms (one with bath, second with shower).  One has double bed the other twin beds, can accomodate extra 2 to 4 people in lounge on double sleeper couch and two single beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas/electric hob and electric oven. The cottage also has a washing machine.

Set in lovely garden with views over the  famous Summerhill horsestud and surrounding dairy farms as well as Giants Castle and the Central Drakensberg in the distance. Guests have the use of the swimming pool and braai area.

Bring only food and drinks.... (and a costume if you enjoy swimming.)

Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Providence,  will refund the applicable amount, within 7 working days. Providence levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed.
